1. Overview

At ArmoryFlow, we strive to provide exceptional service. This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for subscription services. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

2. Free Trial Period

If you sign up for a subscription plan with a free trial:

  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
  • After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged
  • No refund is necessary for cancellations during the trial period

3. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

3.1 Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to ArmoryFlow
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

3.2 How to Request

To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee:

  1. Email us at support@armoryflow.com
  2. Include your account email address and reason for the refund request
  3. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

3.3 What Happens After Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your subscription will be immediately canceled
  • You will lose access to all premium features
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you change your mind
  • After 30 days, all your data will be permanently deleted

4. Monthly Subscriptions

4.1 No Refunds After 7 Days

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the 7-day money-back guarantee period expires. This means:

  • You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period

4.2 How to Cancel

To cancel your monthly subscription:

  1. Log into your ArmoryFlow account
  2. Go to Settings → Billing
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

5. Annual Subscriptions

5.1 Pro-Rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions canceled after the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we offer pro-rated refunds calculated as follows:

  • Refund amount = (Months remaining / 12) × Annual subscription price
  • Pro-rated refunds are available only within the first 90 days of the annual term
  • After 90 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

5.2 Example

Scenario:

  • You purchased an annual subscription for $948 ($79/month × 12 months)
  • You used the service for 2 months
  • You request cancellation and refund

Calculation:

  • Months remaining: 10 out of 12
  • Pro-rated refund: (10/12) × $948 = $790
  • You keep access for the 2 months you paid for

5.3 How to Request

To request a pro-rated refund for your annual subscription:

  1. Email billing@armoryflow.com
  2. Include your account email and subscription details
  3. Explain your reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  4. We will review and process eligible refunds within 10 business days

6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

6.1 Service Outages

If the Service experiences significant downtime or outages, we may offer:

  • Partial refunds for downtime exceeding 24 hours
  • Service credits applied to your account
  • Extended subscription period at no charge

Refunds for service outages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and require contacting support.

6.2 Billing Errors

If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error:

  • Contact us immediately at billing@armoryflow.com
  • We will investigate and correct the error
  • If you were overcharged, we will issue a full refund of the incorrect amount
  • Refunds for billing errors are processed within 5 business days

6.3 Account Termination by Us

If we terminate your account due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy:

  • You are not eligible for any refund
  • All fees paid are forfeited
  • You remain responsible for any outstanding charges

7. Upgrade and Downgrade Refunds

7.1 Upgrading Plans

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan:

  • You are charged the pro-rated difference immediately
  • Your billing cycle resets to the upgrade date
  • No refund of the previous plan's unused portion

7.2 Downgrading Plans

When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan:

  • The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to your current plan until then
  • No refund or credit for the higher-tier plan is provided
  • You will be charged the lower rate on your next billing cycle

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
  • Please contact us directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • We reserve the right to pursue collection for legitimate charges disputed via chargeback

9. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed according to the following timeline:

  • 7-day guarantee refunds: 5-7 business days
  • Pro-rated annual refunds: 10 business days
  • Billing error refunds: 3-5 business days

Please note that it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

10. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Add-on services or one-time purchases
  • Custom development or integration work
  • Data migration services
  • Training or consulting fees
  • Fees paid more than 90 days ago (except for billing errors)

11. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes will be communicated via email.
