Davidson's integration
Davidson's integration for your gun shop website
Sell Davidson's inventory on your own website and send warehouse orders to Davidson's from the same place you run the shop.
How the Davidson's connection works
ArmoryFlow reads Davidson's catalog and stock files about every four hours and sends orders through Davidson's ordering system with your Davidson's customer number.
What comes in from Davidson's
- Product titles, specifications and images, hosted by ArmoryFlow
- NFA items are flagged so they only show where you are allowed to sell them
Pricing and stock
- Stock refreshed about every four hours
- Your markup, rounding and MAP rules apply to every item, and prices update when the distributor changes cost.
Ordering from Davidson's
- Send warehouse purchase orders straight to Davidson's from ArmoryFlow
- Order tracking comes back into ArmoryFlow
What you need
- A Davidson's dealer account
- Your Davidson's customer number
Good to know before you switch
- Davidson's drop-ship to your customer or to another FFL is not part of the integration
- Stock is not checked live at checkout; it is the latest file, up to about four hours old
One catalog with your other distributors
Davidson's sits in the same catalog as every other distributor you connect. When more than one carries an item, your site shows it once and ArmoryFlow picks the source that has it in stock at the best cost. Your own in-store inventory shows alongside it, so customers see what is on your shelf and what you can order in one place.
Questions dealers ask
- Can ArmoryFlow drop-ship Davidson's orders to my customer?
- Not today. Orders go to your store. If another connected distributor can drop-ship the item, ArmoryFlow can route the order there instead.
- What do I need to connect?
- Your Davidson's dealer account and customer number. We handle the file and ordering connection.
Other distributors: RSR Group, Lipsey's, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, Sports South, Kinsey's, MGE Wholesale, Zanders Sporting Goods.
