RSR Group integration
RSR Group website integration for FFL dealers
Put RSR Group inventory on your own gun shop website with your pricing, live stock and real checkout, without typing in a single product.
How the RSR connection works
ArmoryFlow connects to RSR's API with your RSR website login and refreshes your catalog about every hour.
What comes in from RSR
- Product titles, descriptions, specifications and images, hosted by ArmoryFlow so photos do not break when a distributor link changes
- Filters by category, brand, price and stock, so you only show what you want to sell
Pricing and stock
- The cost on your own RSR account, not a list price
- Stock checked live with RSR when a customer checks out
- Items RSR marks as allocated never show as in stock
- State shipping restrictions from RSR's feed are applied for you
- Your markup, rounding and MAP rules apply to every item, and prices update when the distributor changes cost.
Ordering from RSR
- Build purchase orders for RSR items in ArmoryFlow and send them to RSR by email in one click
- Direct API ordering with RSR is in development and not turned on yet
What you need
- An RSR Group dealer account
- Your RSR website username and password
- If you use separate RSR Stocking and Fulfillment accounts, the details for each
Good to know before you switch
- Orders go to RSR by email today, not straight through the API
One catalog with your other distributors
RSR sits in the same catalog as every other distributor you connect. When more than one carries an item, your site shows it once and ArmoryFlow picks the source that has it in stock at the best cost. Your own in-store inventory shows alongside it, so customers see what is on your shelf and what you can order in one place.
Questions dealers ask
- Do I need a separate RSR account for ArmoryFlow?
- No. You use your existing RSR dealer login. If you have both a Stocking and a Fulfillment account with RSR, you can connect both.
- How often does RSR inventory update?
- The catalog refreshes about every hour, and stock is checked live with RSR when a customer checks out.
- Can I hide RSR products I do not want to sell?
- Yes. Filter by category, brand, price or stock, or hide single items.
Other distributors: Davidson's, Lipsey's, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, Sports South, Kinsey's, MGE Wholesale, Zanders Sporting Goods.
