Lipsey's integration
Lipsey's integration and drop-ship for FFL websites
Show Lipsey's exclusives and the rest of their catalog on your website, check stock live at checkout, and send orders to Lipsey's, including drop-ship.
How the Lipsey's connection works
ArmoryFlow connects to Lipsey's API with your lipseys.com login and refreshes your catalog about every four hours.
What comes in from Lipsey's
- Product titles, specifications and images, hosted by ArmoryFlow as Lipsey's terms require
Pricing and stock
- The cost on your own Lipsey's account
- Stock checked live with Lipsey's at checkout
- Allocated items never show as in stock
- Your markup, rounding and MAP rules apply to every item, and prices update when the distributor changes cost.
Ordering from Lipsey's
- Send purchase orders to Lipsey's from ArmoryFlow: to your store, accessories straight to your customer, or firearms to the customer's FFL
- Brands Lipsey's will not drop-ship are stopped at checkout, before the customer pays
What you need
- A Lipsey's dealer account and your lipseys.com email and password
- For electronic purchase orders, Lipsey's stocking and drop-ship API accounts
Good to know before you switch
- Lipsey's allocation-program items and portal-only items are ordered in the Lipsey's portal
- Canceling an order is done with Lipsey's directly
One catalog with your other distributors
Lipsey's sits in the same catalog as every other distributor you connect. When more than one carries an item, your site shows it once and ArmoryFlow picks the source that has it in stock at the best cost. Your own in-store inventory shows alongside it, so customers see what is on your shelf and what you can order in one place.
